(1)
Subject to any conditions imposed by or under this Act, a distributor’s licence authorises its holder, and any other person specified in the licence, to operate the distribution system so specified for the purpose of conveying electricity for or on behalf of retailers.
(2)
Subject to any conditions imposed by or under this Act, a transmission operator’s licence authorises its holder, and any other person specified in the licence, to operate the transmission system so specified.
