225 Reviews of renewable fuel scheme
(1)
The Minister must review the operation of the renewable fuel scheme to determine whether—
(a)
the policy objectives of the renewable fuel scheme remain valid, and
(b)
the terms of this Part remain appropriate for securing the objectives.
(2)
A review must be undertaken at least every 5 years after the renewable fuel scheme commences.
(3)
A report on the outcome of the review must be tabled in each House of Parliament within 12 months after the end of the period to which the review relates.
