30 Negotiated customer supply contracts
(1)
Except where expressly provided, nothing in the amending Act affects a negotiated customer supply contract in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 1 [10] to the amending Act.
(2)
Despite subclause (1), the regulations may provide for the application of provisions of this Act, as amended by the amending Act, to any such negotiated customer supply contract.
