Customer may choose supplier and contractor

Current

(1)

For the purpose of complying with any requirement imposed under this Division, a customer may elect—

(a)

to have any required electrical or other goods provided by the distributor (in the case of goods that are available from the distributor) or by any other person, and

(b)

to have any required electrical or other services provided by the distributor (in the case of services that are available from the distributor) or by an accredited service provider.
