Electricity Supply Act 1995

The Scheme Administrator may enter into an arrangement (an information sharing arrangement) with a relevant agency for the purposes of sharing or exchanging information about the following held by the Scheme Administrator or the agency—

offences and alleged offences under this Part, including investigations,

the administration of the energy savings scheme,

other matters of a type prescribed by the regulations.

Under an information sharing arrangement, the Scheme Administrator and the relevant agency are, despite any other Act or law of the State, authorised—

to request and receive information held by the other party to the arrangement, and

to disclose information to the other party.

In this clause—

a government sector agency within the meaning of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013,

another person or body prescribed by the regulations.
