91C Tribunal may obtain information
(1)
The Tribunal may, by written notice, require an embedded network seller to give the Tribunal the information specified in the notice for one or more of the following purposes—
(a)
to allow the Tribunal to make a price determination,
(b)
to monitor compliance with a price determination,
(c)
for an investigation.
(2)
An embedded network seller must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a notice given to the seller.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
