95 Grounds on which electricity load may be exempt
(1)
The regulations may make further provision with respect to the determination of whether—
(a)
an industry or activity is emissions intensive or trade exposed, and
(b)
electricity is taken to be used to produce green hydrogen.
(2)
Subject to the regulations, the Minister may determine the basis on which—
(a)
an industry or activity is considered to be emissions intensive or trade exposed, and
(b)
electricity is taken to be used to produce green hydrogen.
