10 Constitution and procedure of energy services corporations
(1)
Schedule 2 has effect with respect to the constitution and procedure of an energy services corporation.
(2)
The provisions of Schedule 2 are in addition to and (except to the extent to which that Schedule provides) do not derogate from the provisions of the State Owned Corporations Act 1989.
