4 Establishment of statutory State owned corporations
On the day on which this section commences:
(a)
corporations are constituted by this Act under each of the corporate names listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1, and
(b)
the State Owned Corporations Act 1989 is amended by inserting in Schedule 5, in alphabetical order, each of the corporate names listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1.
