29 Offence and penalty
(1)
A person who commits an offence against a regulation made under section 9 is liable to a penalty not exceeding 10 penalty units.
(2)
A person shall not refuse or fail to comply with—
(a)
a direction given under section 11, or
(b)
an order or direction made or given under section 30.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
