10A Security clearance a prerequisite to obtaining licence
(1)
A natural person is not eligible for a licence unless the person has been granted a security clearance that is in force.
(2)
A corporation is not eligible for a licence unless there is at least one responsible person for that corporation who has been granted a security clearance that is in force.
(3)
The regulations may provide that subsections (1) and (2) do not apply to or in respect of a specified class or type of licence.
