13A Application for security clearance
(1)
An individual may apply to the regulatory authority for a security clearance.
(2)
An application for a security clearance must be—
(a)
made in the approved form, and
(b)
accompanied by—
(i)
the documents, including photographs, specified in the approved form, and
(ii)
the fee determined under section 17.
