20 Suspension of licences and security clearances
The regulatory authority may suspend a licence or security clearance—
if the holder of the licence or security clearance—
is proceeded against for an offence against this Act or the regulations, or
is not complying with any lawful requirement imposed by or under this Act, or
for any other reason prescribed by the regulations.
The regulatory authority may suspend a licence or security clearance under subsection (1) (a) until the relevant proceeding has been disposed of or requirement complied with.
