9D Publication of register
(1)
The regulatory authority must make the register of explosives publicly available in the way prescribed by the regulations.
(2)
When making the register publicly available, the regulatory authority—
(a)
must not include the name of an applicant, and
(b)
need not include the conditions of an authorisation.
(3)
The regulatory authority must keep the register up to date.
