Mediation concluded before commencement of amending Act

Current

The amendments made to this Act by the amending Act extend to the following:

(a)

any farm debt in respect of which mediation was concluded before the commencement date and an exemption certificate is in force, or an application for an exemption certificate is pending, on that date,

(b)

any mediation commenced, but not concluded, before the commencement date.
