152 Regulations may appoint start date for the levy
(1)
The regulations may appoint a start date for the levy.
(2)
The start date must be a date of 1 July.
(3)
A regulation that appoints a start date for the levy must be published on the NSW legislation website no later than the date of 1 July in the financial year before the financial year in which the start date occurs.
