4 Validation of things done in anticipation of commencement
Anything done by a local council, or by a person who has functions under this Act, in anticipation of the enactment and commencement of this Act, that would have been validly done under this Act if this Act had been in force at the time that it was done, is taken to have been validly done under this Act.
