60 Effective date for revocation of sub-classification
(1)
A revocation of sub-classification takes effect on a date specified by the local council in its declaration that the sub-classification is revoked (this is the effective date for the revocation).
(2)
The effective date for the revocation must be a date of 1 July, 1 October, 1 January or 1 April.
Note.
These dates are the beginning of each quarterly instalment period for the levy.
(3)
The effective date for the revocation may be a date that is before the date the declaration is made.
