3 Dissolution of board
(1)
On the appointed day, the board of Fire Commissioners of New South Wales constituted under the repealed Act is dissolved.
(2)
A person who, immediately before the appointed day, held office as a member of the dissolved board—
(a)
ceases to hold that office, and
(b)
is not entitled to any remuneration or compensation because of the loss of that office.
