Damaging fire brigade equipment etc

Current

A person who wilfully damages or destroys any building, engine, hose, ladder or other thing belonging to or in use by any fire brigade is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty—

(a)

for a first offence—20 penalty units or imprisonment for 1 month, or both, or

(b)

for a second or subsequent offence—50 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
