64B Certificate evidence
A certificate signed by the Minister that states any of the following matters is admissible in proceedings and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, is proof of the matters stated in the certificate—
(a)
the fire brigades funding target, as adopted by the Minister under this Part,
(b)
the fire brigades funding target applicable to a fire district, as adopted by the Minister under this Part,
(c)
the amount of the fire brigade contribution determined by the Minister for a specified local council for the financial year.
