82 Recovery of charges
(1)
Any charges payable under this Act to the Commissioner may be recovered by the Commissioner in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Crown.
(2)
In any proceedings to recover such a charge, a certificate signed by the Commissioner to the effect that a specified amount is payable by the defendant to the Commissioner is evidence of the matter certified.
