24D Policy guidelines
(1)
The Treasurer may publish policy guidelines for the purposes of the administration of a shared equity scheme.
(2)
The published policy guidelines must be tabled in each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after publication.
(3)
The Chief Commissioner must administer a shared equity scheme in accordance with published policy guidelines for the scheme.
