119B Delegations
(1)
The Minister may delegate to the Director any function of the Minister under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
(2)
This section is taken to have had effect on and from the repeal of section 8A by the Fisheries Management Act 1994 and any delegation purported to have been made by the Minister under this Act after that repeal is taken to have been made under this section.
