Exemption in relation to notification of information

Current

Section 21 (to the extent to which it requires notification of the information referred to in section 100) and section 100 do not apply to the following food businesses—

(a)

any food business that is not required by the Food Safety Standards to notify that information, or

(b)

any food business that is the subject of a licence or some other form of authorisation under this Act or under a law prescribed by the regulations.
