62 Notices and orders to contain certain information
An improvement notice or prohibition order under this Part—
(a)
must specify any provision of the Food Standards Code to which it relates, and
(b)
may specify particular action to be taken by a person to ensure compliance with the provision of the Food Standards Code to which it relates.
