127 Registration of corporations
An amendment made to Part 4 by the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2004 does not apply—
(a)
to a corporation registered under section 37 before the commencement of that amendment, and
(b)
in respect of an application for registration by a corporation that applied to the Director-General under section 36 but had not been registered under section 37 before the commencement of that amendment.
