27 Documents to be available for inspection by contributors etc
A funeral contribution fund must make the following publicly available, free of charge, in hard copy at the fund’s registered office or on a website maintained by the fund—
a copy of the last annual return of the fund under section 24,
a copy of the last abstract furnished by the fund to the Secretary under section 28 (2),
a copy of the last balance sheet and income and expenditure account of the fund, together with the report of the auditors thereon,
a copy of the rules of the fund,
(Repealed)
in the case of a contributor, that part of the books of the fund that relates to the account of the contributor.
Maximum penalty—2 penalty units.
