9 Vacation of office by Chairperson
(1)
The office of Chairperson becomes vacant if the Chairperson—
(a)
resigns the office by instrument in writing addressed to the Minister, or
(b)
is removed from that office by the Governor under this clause, or
(c)
ceases to be an appointed member.
(2)
The Governor may remove the Chairperson from office at any time.
