208 Delegations
(1)
An office holder may delegate to a person any function conferred or imposed on the office holder by or under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
(2)
A person to whom a function has been delegated by the Minister or the Commissioner of Police may delegate the function to another person, subject to any conditions to which the delegation by the Minister or the Commissioner is subject.
(3)
In this section—
office holder means the Minister, the Commissioner of Police or the Secretary.
