Authority may approve technical standards

(1)

The Authority may, from time to time, approve of technical standards in relation to gaming machines for the purposes of ensuring the integrity of gaming by the use of gaming machines.

(2)

Any such technical standards are referred to in this Act as the approved technical standards.
