68 Hotel gaming rooms
If more than 10 approved gaming machines are kept in a hotel, the hotelier must ensure that—
(a)
no more than 5 approved gaming machines are located in the general bar area of the hotel, and
(b)
the others (or all of them if none are located in the general bar area) are located in another area (a gaming room) that conforms to the requirements of the regulations.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
