86 Servicing and repair of gaming machines
A person who services or repairs an approved gaming machine is guilty of an offence unless the person—
holds a dealer’s licence or is a technician, or
services or repairs the gaming machine under the supervision of the holder of a dealer’s licence or a technician for the purpose of receiving training and instruction in respect of the servicing and repair of approved gaming machines.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
The holder of a dealer’s licence or a technician who services or repairs an approved gaming machine otherwise than in accordance with the authority conferred by the licence is guilty of an offence.
