Subsidiary equipment not included in calculation of gaming machine numbers

In force

In calculating (for the purposes of this Act) the number of approved gaming machines in a hotel or on the premises of a club, any subsidiary equipment—

(a)

kept in the hotel or on the premises of the club, and

(b)

approved by the Authority for use in connection with such gaming machines,

is to be disregarded.
