The Authority may require part or full payment in advance of the amount it estimates will be payable by the applicant and may refuse to deal with the application until the required payment is made.
Investigation and inquiry costs incurred by the Secretary or the Commissioner of Police may include travelling expenses within or outside the State.
It is a condition of any licence granted to the applicant that any amount payable under this section by the applicant is paid.
