11 Depreciation
(1)
Until regulations are made under section 67 providing for the depreciation allowable to a gas company in respect of particular property of the company, sections 8 and 10A (including any notice under section 10A) of the 1935 Act continue to apply for the purpose of determining the depreciation allowable on that property.
(2)
While sections 8 and 10A of the 1935 Act continue to apply in a case, section 67 does not apply in that case.
