Application of Corporations legislation to this Part

Any relevant matter is declared to be an excluded matter for the purposes of section 5F of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth in relation to the whole of the Corporations legislation to which Part 1.1A of that Act applies.

(2)

In this section:

matter includes act, omission, body, person or thing.

relevant matter means any matter that is prohibited, required, authorised or permitted by or under this Part.
