Gas Industry Restructuring Act 1986

A gas distributor which is a subsidiary of The Australian Gas Light Company is to establish and maintain in its accounts a separate account to be called the Gas Customers Reserve Account.

There is to be credited to the Gas Customers Reserve Account of a gas distributor:

the amount standing to the credit of the Tariff Stabilisation Account of the distributor immediately before the substitution of this section by the Gas (Amendment) Act 1990, and

(Repealed)

any other amount required by this Act to be credited to the Gas Customers Reserve Account.
