6 Moratorium on commercial cultivation of licensed GM food plants
The cultivation in New South Wales of a licensed GM food plant is prohibited unless—
(a)
the GM food plant has been approved for commercial cultivation under section 7A, or
(b)
cultivation of the GM food plant is permitted by an exemption order under section 8.
