1 Name of Act and commencement
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Glen Davis Act 1939.
(2)
This Act shall come into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation of the Governor published in the Gazette.
(3)
The Governor may not make such proclamation unless he is satisfied that the Parliament of the Commonwealth has passed an Act approving of the agreement a copy of which is set out in the First Schedule to this Act.
(4)
(Repealed)
