14 Dedication of roads
The Governor may, by proclamation published in the Gazette, declare any road constructed by the Minister on land acquired by him under this Act, to be a public road. Thereupon such road shall, notwithstanding anything contained in the Local Government Act, be a public road within the meaning of that Act.
