9O Registrar of court may exercise functions of court
(1)
The functions of a court under this Part with respect to the making of a community clean up order may be exercised by a registrar of the court, if the offender consents to the making of the order.
(2)
The functions of a court under this Part with respect to the revocation of a community clean up order may be exercised by a registrar of the court.
