11 Presiding director
(1)
The chairperson of the Board (or, in the absence of the chairperson, the deputy chairperson of the Board) is to preside at a meeting of the Board.
(2)
The person presiding at a meeting of the Board has a deliberative vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, has a second or casting vote.
