13 Committees
(1)
The Commission may establish committees to give advice and assistance to the Commission in connection with any of its functions.
(2)
A committee established by the Commission need not include a Commissioner.
(3)
The procedure for the calling of meetings of a committee of the Commission and for the conduct of business at those meetings is to be as determined by the Commission or (subject to any determination of the Commission) by the committee.
