GRNSW is to prepare strategic plans in relation to activities.
The regulations may specify the particulars or other matters that are to be included in, or dealt with by, any such strategic plan.
GRNSW is to prepare an initial strategic plan within 12 months after the commencement of this Part and is to prepare a further strategic plan at least every 3 years after the initial strategic plan is prepared.
Each strategic plan prepared by GRNSW must be submitted to the Minister and be made publicly available at no cost.
The annual report of GRNSW is to include a progress report on implementation of the strategic plan of GRNSW over the period to which the annual report relates.
