36 Making of code of practice
The Minister may, by order published on the NSW legislation website, make the code of practice that has been submitted by the Commission. The order is to set out the code of practice.
The code of practice takes effect on the day on which the order is published or, if a later date is specified in the order for commencement, on the later date so specified.
The Minister may, by order published on the NSW legislation website, amend or repeal the code of practice. An amendment to the code may only be made if it has been submitted by the Commission.
An order by the Minister under this section may only be made with the concurrence of the Minister for Primary Industries.
