Division 2Disciplinary action by GRNSW
62 Complaints
(1)
A person may make a complaint to GRNSW setting out matters that are alleged to constitute grounds for taking disciplinary action against or in respect of a greyhound racing club under this Division.
(2)
Disciplinary action may be taken by GRNSW under this Division whether or not a complaint has been made.
