87 Legal representation
The person or body conducting an inquiry under this Part—
(a)
may authorise a person giving evidence at the inquiry to be represented by an Australian legal practitioner at the inquiry or a specified part of the inquiry, and
(b)
is required to give a reasonable opportunity for a person giving evidence at the inquiry to be legally represented.
