Application for registration of greyhound racing clubs
21 Application for registration of greyhound racing clubs
A person may apply to GRNSW for the registration of a greyhound racing club.
An application for registration of a greyhound racing club must be—
in the form approved by GRNSW, and
accompanied by the fee determined by GRNSW under section 32 of the Act.
The application form may require the applicant to provide information that, in the opinion of GRNSW, is necessary to determine whether to register or refuse to register the greyhound racing club.
GRNSW may, before determining the application, request that the applicant provide additional information in relation to the application.
If GRNSW requests additional information and the additional information is not provided within 21 days after the request is made, GRNSW may refuse to register the greyhound racing club.
