1 References to General Manager and Director-General
A reference in any other Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the General Manager of a corporation is to be construed—
before the commencement of Schedule 3 [4] to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2006—as a reference to the Director-General, and
on or after that date—as a reference to the chief executive of that corporation.
A reference in any other Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Director-General, in respect of the Director-General’s responsibilities as the chief executive of a development corporation, is, on or after the commencement of Schedule 3 [4] to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2006, to be construed as a reference to the chief executive of that corporation.
